What is erased

Your profile and phone number, your body data and goal, your food, exercise and water history, your diet plan, your custom foods, your devices and your active subscription. If you had a Fito account that was migrated, that goes too.

Only payment records are kept, with your name and number stripped out of them. They are needed for accounting obligations.

Deletion is permanent, and no refund is issued automatically for a subscription you have not used up.

You can also do this in the app

Open Havij, go to Profile, tap the card at the top to open the Account screen, and choose Delete account.

If you no longer have the phone number

Both routes need a code we text to the number on the account. If that number is no longer yours, message us on Bale (https://ble.ir/fitosupport) or Telegram (https://t.me/fitosupport) with the number you registered with. Requests are handled within seven working days.
